The article, linked below, seems to be a pretty objective evaluation of the accuracy improvement of the (non-threaded) True Precision barrel on a P365. It documents a 17% improvement in accuracy at 15 yards. On others, only when it's charged. 2) Sig made some changes to the FCU couple of years back and new models apparently only allow the MS lever to be engaged only when gun is charged.Primarily, the safety protrudes over the "stepped" pin that is mentioned in the videos that show how to install a flat trigger. I suggest you watch the videos that are available for the non-safety version and you will see there isn't any difference in the procedure. There is no reason to try to remove the safety to replace the trigger..
