So as long as you can long in once every four days, your base is safe. Purge at the end of the two week wipe where everything becomes raidable. The third server is newer, and is fully prim locked.When you have enough materials, craft a sleeping bag. When you are in a decent location, place your bag in a bush so no one else will find it. As someone who has 1k+ hours in Rust and has been on and off since 2017, I can say Rust now is probably the best time to get into it. You WILL get absolutely destroyed in PvP in the beginning, sometimes you lose the 1v1, 1v2, but depending on the server, you could get avalanched by a 1v5 etc.Jackhammer. Silent, minimum risk, low scrap cost to buy, just run up and drill him. Compound bow full charged should one shot a roaming scientist before damage drop off if its a head shot. 2 crossbows on hotbar or a compound would work. A pipe to the face works.I usually grab something to smash barrels then bring some wood to the bottom of done and smash away. Run to a refinery and smelt low grade. 1 crude oil gives a few low grade each. pretty new to rust. I find animal fat to be a much better source of making low grade. The wood cost for an oil refinery is ridiculous.

They respawn even when you are on the rig, you don't need to wait for the crate to respawn. 1 diesel fuel gets you 40 hqm at the excavator, so a stack of diesel fuel would be enough for the 800 hqm you need.
